Return Policy

HazGuard Gear strives to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for returning or exchanging products. All provisions herein are binding upon submission of a return request.

Return Eligibility

  • Standard Returns: Products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: Returns for manufacturing defects or shipping damage are accepted within 60 calendar days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Hazmat-classified items that have been opened or used
  • Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items (marked “as-is”)
  • Gift cards

Return Process

2. Prepare the Package:

  • Securely repackage the item(s) in the original box (or equivalent) to prevent damage.
  • Include a copy of the original packing slip.

3. Ship the Return:

  • Use any traceable carrier of your choice.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • HazGuard Gear is not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • International Returns: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

4. Inspection & Processing:

  • Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and eligibility rules as returns.
  • Only one exchange per order. Additional exchanges are treated as new purchases.
  • Price differences (if upgrading) will be charged; downgrades result in store credit.

 

Warranty Claims (Beyond 60 Days)

  • Products with manufacturing defects beyond the 60-day return window are covered under our Limited Warranty.
  • Contact support with proof of purchase and photos. Approved claims result in repair, replacement, or store credit (at our discretion).
  • Shipping costs for warranty returns are covered both ways.
